WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
As a member of the The Villages BMW Z Club (“the Club”), and in connection with your participation in events, activities, drives, and gatherings organized by the Club, I agree to abide by this Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”)

I understand and acknowledge that participating in Club activities — including but not limited to Club meetings, events, drives, socials, car shows and related events — involves inherent risks. These risks may include:

In consideration for being allowed to participate, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Club its Executive Board, committee members, and all other Club members and volunteers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs (including attorney’s fees) resulting from my participation in Club activities.

In the event of accident, illness, or injury, I release the Released Parties from any claim arising out of receiving any medical care and treatment deemed necessary.
6. Compliance with Rules
I agree to follow all applicable laws, traffic regulations, and instructions provided by Club organizers. Failure to comply may result in my removal from the activity.
7. Severability
If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
